DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
Ashley started with Colin Construction at age 23 and over 14 years progressed through staﬀ positions; from PE assistant, administrator, manager and into her current role as Director of Finance and Administration. She manages all general office and administrative functions of the company, direct proﬁt forecasts, expense budgets, and accounting analyses. She also manages human resources. Responsible for overall supervision and leadership of administrative and office activities. A large part of her duties include developing infrastructure; analyze current processes; recommend, develop and implement procedural or policy changes to improve operations. Ashley works directly with the management team to meet operating goals.
