A 9,375-square-foot remodel of the existing office building to accommodate a Diagnostic Imaging Center for Sonora Regional. Included was a complete demolition of existing interior. Structural concrete was added to allow for increased loads by the new equipment. Outside, concrete for sidewalks and electrical/HVAC equipment was laid. All interior walls were reframed to match new layout. New doors and storefront were installed with new finishes and casework to match the interior designer’s schedule. This project included ADA features in the restrooms and throughout the building. A new HVAC was added to properly condition the building and cool the equipment. Existing electrical service and a power conditioner we upsized.
